Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands carry a surcharge on the courier service. Please call for a courier price.
Overseas orders are depatched via Fed-Ex and can take between 2 and 7 days depending on your location.
COURIER SERVICE IS 2-4 DAYS, WEATHER PERMITTING.
Tiny Box Company will endeavour to despatch goods that are in stock that day for all orders received before 3pm, but delivery times may vary, we will advise you of estimated delivery times.
THE COURIER SERVICE REQUIRES A SIGNATURE. PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS THERE TO SIGN FOR THE PARCELS. The courier company will attempt 3 times before returning the goods to us, and there will then be an additional charge to resend the items.
When ordering, please ensure you put a company name where applicable. The courier company goes on company names more than building numbers, especially if you are located in a building with lots of companies.
Where items are sent standard delivery, the Royal Mail 2nd Class service is used. Therefore please allow 3-10 working days delivery time.
Where items are sent by Tracked courier these are sent by courier service and we are given a tracking number. Whilst every step is taken both by us and our courier service to ensure express delivery, this service is not guaranteed. Tiny Box Company Limited cannot be held liable for any consequential losses incurred, where deliveries are delayed. If you are desperate to receive the goods next day, then please let us know and we will notify the courier to give your despatch priority.

Payment
Payment is easy and secure using our secure online method. Just follow the instructions on your screen. Using this method, you can pay with debit or credit cards. If you prefer to pay directly, then speak to us and we will give you details. We will also accept payment by cheque made payable to "Tiny Box Company" but please note that goods will not be despatched until payment is received, unless an account is opened with us. Please call or email us to open an account.
Return of goods
We recommend that you obtain a sample from us before placing a large wholesale order, so you can be assured of the quality of our products. This protects both you and us from unnecessary returns. We will however accept returns and provide a full refund of the goods value provided these are returned within 14 days. If you have any problem with an order, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Unless the goods are faulty, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRICING
Tiny Box Company Limited generally only sells to trade and therefore all our prices are net and exclude VAT. VAT at a rate of 20% will be added at checkout stage.
